Matching of candidate profiles was previously left to recruiters, in future, this will be automated. With the new eRecruiter features Match and Active Sourcing , you can exploit (fully automated) the potential of your candidate pool and social media channels. Bring fresh air to your candidate pool!
1. Find instead of search with the feature “Match”
With the aid of the new eRecruiter feature Match, recruiters are essentially assisted to make better use of the existing candidate pool. With a click, a semantic search query can be started from the job advertisement. The resulting list of results can easily be further filtered by means of an intuitive user interface – inspired by the user interface of modern e-commerce websites like Amazon. The hit list is adjusted interactively to the filtering and hence enables the recruiters to sift through large number of candidates with minimum effort. By a mouse click, the candidates found can be linked as candidates to the job advertisement.
2. Feature “Active Sourcing” – candidates are recommended from social media channels based on your job advertisement
The new eRecruiter Feature Active Sourcing enables you to directly search for suitable candidates from the job advertisements in relevant social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, Github or StackOverflow). Furthermore, the results can be refined with the help of semantic search filters.
Suitable candidates can be saved in the target list for this position across different networks and shared in the team. Exporting to an Excel-File is also possible by a mouse click.
